Delivery

Delivery via Russian Post allows you to pick up your prepaid online orders at your nearest post office at a time convenient for you.

– Orders must be paid for online using a bank card.
– Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS notification containing the tracking number at the phone number you provided.
– You can track the delivery status on the Russian Post website.
– Order holding period:
Standard, Express: 15 days
Small packets, postal money orders, written correspondence: 30 days
(please check the specific holding period via the tracking service)
– To collect your order, please speak to a Russian Post staff member and present your passport or provide the tracking number from the SMS.

 
When placing your order, please verify your full name and phone number to avoid delivery issues. If you notice an error in the address or phone number, please let us know; otherwise, we will be unable to contact you or fulfill your order.
