USER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions
 
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions for using the Oris Oris website located at the domain orisoris.ru, as well as related web resources—including orisknigi.ru, orisstihi.ru, language versions of the site, and other domains owned by the rights holder—provided that a link to this Agreement is displayed on them.
1.2. The owner of the Site is Oris Oris Vasilyevich, who operates under the special tax regime known as “Tax on Professional Income” (self-employed status), Tax ID (INN) 910308069366 (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Administration”).
1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Site Administration and any person using the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
1.4. Use of the Site constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.5. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must cease using the Site.
1.6. This Agreement operates in conjunction with the Public Offer, the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Cookie Policy, and other documents posted on the Site.

2. Terms and Definitions
 
The following terms are used for the purposes of this Agreement. Site — a collection of web pages, software, databases, and other informational materials accessible via the domains specified in Clause 1.1.
Site Administration — Oris Oris Vasilyevich.
User — any natural person using the Site, regardless of whether they are registered.
Personal Account — an individual section of the Site accessible to a registered User after completing the registration process.
Site Materials — any works, texts, books, articles, images, photographs, illustrations, video recordings, audio recordings, comments, graphic elements, software, databases, and other objects posted on the Site.
Free Materials — e-books, video recordings of lectures, video recordings of TV programs, and other materials provided free of charge.

3. Purpose of the Site
 
3.1. The Site is created for the distribution of original works by Oris Oris, the provision of informational and educational materials, the publication of news, the hosting of video content, providing access to an electronic library, facilitating interaction with Users, and the sale of goods via an online store.
3.2. Both paid and free materials may be posted on the Site.
3.3. Free access to materials does not imply the transfer to the User of any exclusive or other proprietary rights regarding such materials.

4. Registration and Personal Account
 
4.1. To use certain functions of the Site, the User may register a Personal Account.
4.2. Upon registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate information.
4.3. The Personal Account may store the following:
• surname, first name, and patronymic;
• email address;
• phone number;
• date of birth;
• gender; • residential and delivery address;
• order history;
• selected materials;
• comments;
• other information voluntarily provided by the User.
4.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal account login credentials.
4.5. The User is liable for all actions performed using their account, unless they can prove that unauthorized access occurred.
4.6. The User has the right to request that the Site Administration delete their personal account, unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.7. Users under the age of eighteen may register and use a personal account only with the consent of their parents or other legal representatives.

5. Rules for Using the Site
 
5.1. The User agrees to use the Site solely in a lawful manner.
5.2. When using the Site, it is prohibited to:
• violate the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• post inaccurate information;
• impersonate another person;
• distribute malicious software;
• interfere with the operation of the Site;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to data;
• use automated tools that disrupt the normal operation of the Site;
• engage in actions that could cause harm to the Site Administration or other Users.
5.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Site in the event of a violation of this Agreement.

6. Free Materials
 
6.1. The Site may host free e-books, articles, video recordings of lectures, video recordings of TV broadcasts, images, and other materials.
6.2. Free materials are provided solely for personal review.
6.3. Free access to materials does not constitute a transfer of exclusive rights to them.
6.4. The User may not use free materials for commercial purposes without the written consent of the rights holder.
6.5. The Site Administration reserves the right to modify the list of free materials, restrict access to them, or discontinue their publication at any time.
